KENN EDWARDS
Kenn has been in the executive recruiting business since 1989. He was awarded "Salesperson of the Year" for his original firm three consecutive years ('90, '91, '92). In 1993, Kenn founded the Edwards Search Group, Inc., which deals exclusively in the Medical/Healthcare sales industry. Since joining the First Interview Network in 1996, Kenn has been a consistent top performing contributor.

Kenn's expertise is in the medical device arena for both Sales and Sales Management positions. This focused approach allows him to quickly identify candidates that clients are most likely to employ. Kenn recruits the best individuals in the industry for you. He listens to the career goals and aspirations of the individual to aid the company in making a "Win Win" hire.


 

RUSS CIPRIANI
Russ joined the Edwards Search Group in 1996 and works with Sales and Marketing professionals in all areas of the Medical Industry. His extensive network continuously updates him on market conditions, talent, and opportunities that enable you to make the right employment decision at any time. Russ prides himself in developing relationships through industry knowledge, honesty, trust and accountability. His ability to identify the needs of each client company and candidate allows him to conduct a thorough search and present only those individuals he feels would best fit on your team.

Prior to recruiting, Russ spent 5 years with Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. as a District Manager. He graduated with honors from Syracuse University, receiving a BS in Finance and a BS in Marketing.


 

CHRISTIAN CHASE
Christian Chase joined the Edwards Search Group in 2013. Christian has a diverse background in both sales and business development with several enterprise software companies & technology start-ups. His experience has proven successful in identifying talent quickly. Christian spends much of his time sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of sales & clinical searches. His ability to qualify both their needs & competence saves time for everyone involved in the process.

Christian graduated from San Francisco State University with a BS degree in Marketing. He is a Bay Area native where he currently resides raising two teenage boys.
